This website is hosted by dogado GmbH in Germany. Delivery to your browser runs through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, which also provides the encrypted connection and protects the site against attacks.

When you visit the website, data such as IP address, time of access, page requested and browser information is recorded automatically. This data is technically necessary to operate the website.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely and efficiently). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare uses EU standard contractual clauses for this purpose.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and stores no information on your device. A consent banner is therefore not required.

4. Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure reach. It works without cookies and without recognising individual visitors.

It records aggregated information such as page views, referring page, device type and country. No user profile is created, and the data is not used for advertising.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a statistical evaluation of website use).

5. Contact form & communication

If you contact us by form or email, we store your data (including contact details) to handle your request and follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in effective communication).

To prevent automated submissions I also process your shortened IP address and your browser identification when the form is sent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a working contact form).

Your data will only be used for handling your request and deleted afterwards unless legal retention obligations apply.
