Kevin Baltruweit, consultant for marketing, sales and AI based in Hamburg

I started in Hamburg agencies, as project manager, consultant and finally account director. There I led digital consulting teams on projects for Vodafone, BARMER, Telekom and Volkswagen.

Then I moved to the company side. For a globally active mid-sized company I steered the international rollout of the online presence, built the marketing automation and developed the lead generation process. At Lavazza I then built and led an integrated marketing and sales team as Head of Demand Generation and moved new business acquisition from outbound to inbound, which raised conversion in field sales by 300%. In both roles, budget, agencies and tech stack were my responsibility.

Over those years I mostly developed structures: teams, processes from enquiry to order, CRM and marketing automation. Along the way I saw what good initiatives founder on: unclear roles, conversations nobody has and decisions nobody makes. I meet the same patterns when organisations introduce AI, and that is what I work on today as a consultant and trainer.

Alongside this I advise a Hamburg agency on media planning for clients in the financial sector and work with AI every day in my own business. The examples for my consulting and trainings come from both.

Before every format I speak with both sides: with the client about their reason and with some of the participants about their view. The answers often differ, and that is where the first day begins.

In the room we work on real cases from your everyday work. My inputs stay short, the larger part of the time belongs to the group. I facilitate, keep the threads together and speak up when it gets uncomfortable.

At the end it is written down who does what differently from when. If you want, a follow-up session looks at what has arrived in everyday work.

I am based in Hamburg. Consulting, trainings and workshops run across Germany and internationally, in house at your location or at a conference venue. The AI setup and executive coaching usually run remote or in Hamburg.
