Leadership training
Hands-on trainings and workshops for managers: feedback, conflict, decisions and roles in everyday leadership.
Most managers take on the role alongside their day job and work out along the way how to run conversations, address conflict and explain decisions. That is where a leadership training starts.
I work with leadership teams on their own situations. Before every training I speak with the client and with some of the participants about the reason behind it. The programme grows out of those conversations: short inputs, plenty of work on real cases, clear agreements at the end.
Formats range from half a day to a series across several months, on site or remote. I am based in Hamburg and work across Germany and internationally, in house at your location.
