Who I work with
I do not name my clients. What you find here is the sector, the reason and the format from my projects, described so that nobody is recognisable.
Consumer goods manufacturer
Design and delivery of a brand strategy day for a marketing team, full day, 17 people. The day ran on a canvas for shared role clarity, four stations on brand core, non-negotiables, role in the portfolio and elevator pitch, plus role cards with which the small groups steer themselves.
It ended with one elevator pitch per brand and a topic parking lot ranked by importance. The discussion before that mattered most: the group named openly where things get stuck in everyday work and agreed the next steps from it, with owners and dates.
Port and infrastructure operators
Foundations of artificial intelligence as a one-day seminar for staff without a technical background. We worked on their own use cases, on a scheme for checking AI output and on how to handle data.
Alongside that, modules of a multi-part leadership programme, among them project and decision logic and shaping change.
In a two-day seminar on appraisal conversations I was the second trainer in the room and led my own small group on the second day. Participants ran their conversations as role plays and recorded them. The recording let us talk about concrete moments afterwards rather than about what people remembered.
Industry association for energy and water
A team development workshop day for a regional office. We worked on how the team works together and on the points that cost energy in everyday work.
Municipal housing company
A one-day seminar on presenting and PowerPoint, on site in Hamburg. The morning ran without computers: what convinces an audience, how a storyline comes together, how a slide title turns into a statement.
In the afternoon participants built their own deck from a real text of the organisation and developed it across the day, with slide master, a data slide and final polish.
Technology company for transport and payment systems
Design of a two-day foundation training in project management for a mixed group with a wide range of experience. Built along the course of a project: understanding, initial analysis and goals on day one, structure, milestones and role clarity on day two. A colleague delivered it.
Creative and media agency
Building the media consulting practice of a Hamburg agency that is extending its offer from creative work into media strategy and media buying. The work produced a planning methodology, a reusable framework for media mix and budget allocation, conventions for tracking and reporting, and the processes between consulting, buying and client.
This work is ongoing. It supplies the examples for my trainings on digital transformation, AI and lead generation.
Consultancy for CRM roll-outs
Consulting on their own sales process: how enquiries come in, at which point the client side decides, and what belongs in a first conversation. Plus a workshop concept for new business.
Why there are no names here
In trainings and team development people talk about conflict, mistakes and expectations. That works as long as it is clear that none of it leaves the room. So I name neither companies nor people, not even on request.
If you would like to speak with someone who has worked with me before you commit, I am happy to ask someone who agrees to it.
Still unsure?
Tell me where things are stuck right now.
A first conversation costs nothing. Afterwards you know whether consulting, a training or coaching fits your situation, and whether we fit each other.
Write to me about what you are working on.
Two sentences are enough to start. I will get back to you.
Thank you! Your message has arrived, I will get back to you.
That did not work. Please try again or write to [email protected].
Please add your name, email address and a few sentences about your situation.
