In marketing and sales consulting I develop the structures for your new business with you: clear roles, processes from the first enquiry to the order, a CRM that marketing and sales use together, and metrics both sides agree on. The consulting is for B2B companies, their management and the heads of marketing and sales.

I start with an analysis: conversations with the leadership and with people from marketing and sales, plus a look at channels, metrics, budget and systems. The result is a picture of where you stand and a recommendation on which points to tackle in which order.

After that I work with you as far as you want: in workshops, for example on brand strategy or on connecting marketing and sales, as a sparring partner for the leadership or in ongoing support with a fixed monthly scope. Where AI can take over work, its use is part of the plan from the start.

I know the task from both sides: I advised companies in Hamburg agencies, developed the marketing automation and the lead generation process for a globally active mid-sized company, and built and led an integrated marketing and sales team at Lavazza. There I moved new business acquisition to inbound, and conversion in field sales rose by 300%. Today I also advise a Hamburg agency on media planning.
